CRITICAL WARNING

Phase 1: The Audit (Days 1–14)

Objective: Establish Biological Baseline. "You cannot manage what you do not measure."

Day 1: The Lab Order

Order the "Medicine 3.0 Panel" (See Chapter 0.1).

Lipids ApoB, Lp(a), Triglycerides
Metabolic Insulin, HbA1c, Cystatin C
Hormones Free T, Estradiol, IGF-1, SHBG

Day 7: The Draw & Review

Go to lab (Fasted). Review results against "Optimal Ranges" (Not "Standard").

Red Light: If Liver Enzymes > 50 or PSA > 4.0, STOP. Fix organ health first.

Phase 2: The Foundation (Days 15–45)

Objective: Fix the Infrastructure. "Preparation of the terrain."

1. Sleep

Target >7hr. Dark room. No blue light after 8PM.

2. Diet

Eliminate Seed Oils & Added Sugar. 16:8 Fasting window.

3. Protein

1g per lb of bodyweight. Mandatory for receptor sensitivity.

4. Supplements

Magnesium, Vit D3, Omega-3. The "Gap Fillers."

🛑 The Filter

If you are still sleeping 5 hours or drinking alcohol daily, DO NOT PROCEED. Peptides will amplify your inflammation.

Phase 3: Deployment (Days 46–90)

Objective: First Peptide Stack. "Open the toolbox."

Week 7: Sourcing

Select Stack: BPC-157 (Repair) vs. GLP-1 (Fat) vs. Semax (Brain).
Logistics: Order 31G Insulin Syringes, Bac Water, Swabs.

Week 8: Go Live

First injection Sunday Morning. Log subjective feel daily.

Week 12: Review

Retest biomarkers. If GLP-1 (Weight). If CJC (IGF-1). Adjust dose based on data.
