Estrogen Management

The Goldilocks Hormone. Too high is wet/emotional. Too low is dry/aching. Management is about balance, not elimination.

Estradiol

DIM

The Sweet Spot

Estradiol (E2) is neuroprotective and cardioprotective. Crashing it ("Zeroing out") is the most common mistake in TRT. Treat specific symptoms, not just numbers.

High Estrogen

• Water Retention (Moon Face)
• Emotional Lability / Crying
• Sensitive Nipples (Gyno Risk)
• High Blood Pressure
• Erectile Softness

Fix: Lower Testosterone dose, increase injection frequency, or add DIM.

Low Estrogen (Crashed)

• Dry, clicking joints
• Anxiety / Panic attacks
• Zero Libido ("Dead" drive)
• Dehydration / Frequent Urination
• Osteoporosis (Long term)

Fix: STOP all AIs immediately. HCG may help bump E2 up. Wait 2-3 weeks.
